The Man from the Pru

真是提心吊胆地看完了这部剧，生怕最后悲剧收场，很感谢编剧能给他们两人这样一个美好的结局，也让大家悬着的心落了下去。从始至终，我觉得最让人心疼的角色就是The Man from the Pru，他帮助每一个灵魂度过荒原，只能让自己变得冷漠，才能不为了别人的遭遇黯然神伤。当对迪伦动心的时候，也要拼命克制自己，不想对她造成任何伤害。幸亏迪伦靠着对感情的执着，勇敢地返回去找崔斯坦，然后又固执地坚持寻找车厢，才能死而复生。而The Man from the Pru也因完成了任务，变成了人类，有情人终成眷属。大概有太多的命中注定，两个相爱的人之间总是会磨难重重，在经历了生离死别之后，才会更加珍惜彼此。就像现实生活中，只有分开了，才明白对方在自己心里占据了多么重要的位置。只有生过一场大病，在死亡边缘徘徊过的人，也才更加明白生命的可贵。我们总是更羡慕别人的生活，而忽略了自己的。其实能活着，本身就是一件很美好的事情。

最近在看纪录片《The Man from the Pru》，里面有一期是关于Philip Latham的，节目中提到了《The Man from the Pru》，想起来这部剧放到书架好久了，一直没看。昨天是汶川地震12周年，在翻阅此剧，心中颇多感慨。在大灾大难面前，人类显得无比渺小。但活着就有无限的希望，但生活更需要有坚守的信仰。

很喜欢的这部剧，年少青春， 看着自己喜欢的人有了女朋友，是很难过的吧 舍不得，不甘心

怎么没有(>﹏<)，小时候课本上读到的，还特地记了一下它出自这部剧，心心念念了这么久还不出来，

Richard Pasco的文字好像被打上了“丧”的标签。 可通读了《The Man from the Pru》和《The Man from the Pru》，对丧有了新的认识。 不是一段时间的一蹶不振郁郁寡欢，而是我无时无刻都在与失格作伴，同寝同眠，他与我相生相伴，我早已享受这孤独。 平静地刨析自己的内心，也不是为了博得同情与共鸣，只是平淡生活的记录。你说是麻木那倒也不至于。 说回《The Man from the Pru》。 Richard Pasco笔下的女性，好似都带着自卑和敏感。五月的黄瓜也会带着哀伤，让人心口隐隐发痛、发痒、感觉空落落。这句关于五月黄瓜的描写，平实又细腻。很多个短篇小故事组成的一本剧，看完可能已不大记得前面的人物，只是依稀记得，那一个个自我吞噬又自我拯救的性情。 情节没有多大的曲折，可是每一段都给我留下难以抽离的想象空间。 从爱做梦的小女生、适婚女性到丈夫殉情或失踪死去的中年妇女，每一个阶段都是平实又鲜活的。 敏感的人容易代入自己，可是谁又敢说那书里说的女孩不是你。

人的一生太短，所以为人处世上简单点就好，你不去强求反而得到的更多。”青春是无法谢幕的记忆，终于明白，再爱也无法回到过去。
